5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
We do not store or process full payment card details. Payment handling is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policies.
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
6. Design and Artwork
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All artwork files supplied are correct, complete, and ready for production
- Files meet any specifications we provide
We are not responsible for errors in print that result from:
- Incorrect artwork supplied by you
- Low-resolution images
- Spelling, layout, or colour issues not flagged before approval
Proofs, where provided, must be carefully checked. Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the artwork.
7. File Uploads
Artwork and files may be uploaded via Dropbox or other approved platforms.
You confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content you upload, or
- You have permission to use it
You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in designs created by us remain our property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once payment is made, you are granted a licence to use the final design for the agreed purpose only.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Third-party couriers
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print and design services:
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind
If there is a fault with the finished product, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can assess the issue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Custom Printed Products
All products are made to order and printed using customer-supplied artwork and specifications.
As these items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
2. No Cancellations
All orders are sent to print shortly after being placed.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted, and no cancellation period applies.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the fault or damage
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Reprint and resend the item
- Provide a replacement
- Issue a refund where appropriate
4. Artwork Approval & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork is correct, approved, and print-ready before submission.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors in artwork supplied or approved by the customer, including spelling, layout, colours, or resolution.
5. Minor Variations
Due to the nature of printing, minor variations in colour, size, alignment, or finish may occur. These are not considered faults and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
6. Returns (If Approved)
If a return is authorised:
- We will provide return instructions
- Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably practicable
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to our error
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days of confirmation of the issue or receipt of returned goods (if required).
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and payment processing times can vary depending on method or merchant uses in case of card payments - your refund could take up to 14 days to complete.
